We received this malicious negative review because not meet the unequal demands of this buyer. Firstly, after completion, the product will undergo testing and send detailed pictures to the buyer,we shipped it with the permission. Secondly, the buyer said may the tent fall, but later mentioned that the materials is fine,this is inconsistent,our air tent can reach a maximum of 9 PSI Thirdly, I mentioned the possibility of violent installation causing ripping in one corner, may be a possibility of Improper operation,the buyer seems to feel that their has been exposed.To prove our innocence, we accept returns and inspect the broken mentioned by the buyer, and provide a full refund. However, the buyer does not want to return the item and only wants full refund.The buyer is extremely uncooperative in the compromise we made for him.
